Click Submit button, now you’ll see a screen as shown above with a local number you have to call. Just call that local number and after 2 rings hangup [You will not be charged for this call, as you’re hanging up after 2 rings]
After hanging up, you’ll receive a call from economycalling, and then it will automatically connect with your friend for free. Note that, this free call will last for only a minute but you can do this unlimited times which means unlimited free calls to UAE 
Also note that, if you click submit again with these same numbers, you will be asked to register. Don’t register, instead call the same local access number which you got earlier and hangup after 2 rings. Voila, there comes a call again from economycalling which will connect with your friend’s number for free.
Remember to save that local number for future use, as you’ll not receive that number again for connecting those two same phone numbers and will be asked to register for making calls. Enjoy making free calls to UAE and also all the countries mentioned in that list.

i have my google voice account activated by ipkall and flaphone(its a web based phone to receive calls with a free sip provider ) so i can receive calls in flaphone and make free us calls as you know , now with this website you said its free to uae i tryed it with france and it works ,i gived my google voice number to economy calling and the destination number in france , the website give me a number in the us to call ,i call the number from my google voice account , my flaphone ring i answer wait 3 5 second and it rings again in france
now i dont know how much time i could talk , you said 1 minute i didnt tryed
