Microsoft has released the service pack one update to MS Office 2010 editions. Microsoft Office 2010 SP1 includes all the previously released updates and also offers additional new updates which improve performance, stability and security.
The SP1 update for Microsoft Office 2010 is pushed through the windows update, so if you’ve already installed Office 2010 and have Automatic updates turned on, then you will have the SP1 update installed in your system by now.

For downloading Microsoft Office 2010 with service pack, you can go to microsoft.com/downloads and choose MS office 2010.
Note: There are two versions of Office 2010 SP1 available, one for 32 bit operating systems and other for 64bit operating systems. Choose the one which suits your O.S and if you’re not sure, just run any office 2010 product, like MS Word, Powerpoint, Excel, Outlook etc. and click Help under File menu.
Otherwise could always install the 32 bit version of Office 2010 as Microsoft recommends them for added compatibility even if you’re having 64bit Windows Vista/7.
